Richard Branson is well known for his multi-billion dollar company Virgin Group which consists of more than 400 companies. Around two years ago Virgin Group announced the establishment of Virgin Cruises. The new ships were set for a 2020 construction. On Tuesday, it was announced that Virgin Cruises is no more and that Branson wants to redesign the word "cruise". He thinks the word "cruise" is equal to "awful". With that being said the new name is Virgin Voyages.

In 2011, we were introduced to the Disney Dream when she pulled out of the Meyer Werft shipyard. It was 4 years since the announcement when she arrived. With sparkling fireworks and the typical Disney magic we were in awe of the new ship. A year later her sister, the Disney Fantasy joined the party.

The Caribbean Princess was unable to be docked at the Bayport Cruise Terminal due to lack of visibility. Passengers were scheduled to disembark on November 29th but were postponed until November 30th.
